CollisionRight provides top-tier collision repair services across multiple states and has over 1,500 employees. Recently, they made the significant shift between two major HRIS to optimize their HR processes and increase employee autonomy.

CollisionRight ensured a smooth transition with Skillcloud overseeing employee data validation, dual system maintenance, and setup in the new HRIS. Skillcloud has also continued as their primary support, troubleshooting and guiding the HR team on access management, onboarding, and company setup to ensure full system functionality. In the first month alone, Skillcloud’s setup of three automated reports contributed to greater operational efficiency, while 94% of employees took advantage of the system’s self-service features to manage their own information.
