Chris Dirksing

Managing Partner

With 30 years of experience in financial strategy, operations effectiveness and in developing and implementing innovative methods for change, Chris has led the growth of innovative companies in a variety of industries. Chris sets the overall strategy, direction and operating model for the company.

Rick Jones


Rick brings over 28 years of operating experience including co-founding a capital markets firm where he oversaw the day-to-day operations and successfully exited via a sale to a publicly traded financial institution. In his current role, Rick serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), leveraging his extensive experience to oversee operational efficiency, strategic growth, and organizational alignment.

Ryan Boggs, CPA


Ryan brings financial expertise and capital markets experience to Skillcloud. As CFO he is responsible for the financial planning, reporting and budgeting. Prior to joining Skillcloud, Ryan spent 7 years with Fort Washington Capital Partners where he invested in private businesses and private equity firms in the lower middle market. Prior to Fort Washington, Ryan was a consultant for EY. Ryan holds a BBA from the University of Cincinnati and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Ohio.

Dan O’Connell

Partner, Sales and Marketing

Dan has been instrumental in developing Skillcloud’s Client Services offering and has worked closely with the Founder since day one. His role at Skillcloud consists of a unique blend of Sales/Marketing, Account Management, Client Branding, and Customer Success. Since 2015, Dan has worked with hundreds of emerging companies in the U.S., Canada, and U.K.

TJ Lovell

Partner, HCM Channel and Strategic Partnerships

TJ is committed to ensuring our clients receive a best-in-class employee and customer experience. TJ brings a variety of expertise in designing, developing and deploying cloud based HCM solutions. Through his time with Fortune 500 and fast-growing disruptive organizations, his responsibilities have included sales and marketing, content and process creation, training and development, and corporate partnership management.

Brendan Cathcart

Director, Talent Support Services

Brendan has been instrumental in building out Skillcloud‘s capabilities in the Talent Acquisition Solutions division and currently serves as its Director. Since 2016, Brendan has successfully led 100’s of retained search projects for Skillcloud clients spanning a multitude of industries.

Kelly Turner

Director, HR Support Services

Kelly is a strategic and collaborative HR professional with extensive experience of leading people initiatives including compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, employee communications, engagement, and retention. Kelly leads a team of Client Specialists that manages all things people for SCG clients.

Jess Wagner

Director, Implementation Support Services

Jess’s experience as a former payroll director and implementation consultant demonstrates her knowledge and expertise in payroll management, implementation strategies, HCM systems, and compliance requirements. Her unique perspective and ability to streamline operations, enhancing efficiencies, and introduce new systems while considering employee experience make her an asset to organizations looking to optimize their processes and systems. Jess leads a team of Implementation Solution Consultants who manage and or assist with implementations, help clients streamline processes, and ensures clients are maximizing value within their HCM products.
